Why have all previous nutrition plans & programs not worked?

Let’s analyze what you have previously been told to do, or heard in the past?

  • Do fasted cardio

  • Just eat whatever you want- you can work it off

  • You cannot eat carbs past 6pm

  • If you do this detox you will lose weight in 2 weeks

  • Remove all carbs from your diet, keto is the way to go
